All church members, please come to the Better Living Center (BLC), the building across the parking lot from the church, for a Church Business meeting on September 20 at 9:00 am. Please see your bulletin for topics that will be discussed.

Everyone is invited to join us on Sunday, September 20th, from 4:00 – 6:00 pm, in the
Better Living Center (BLC), the building across the parking lot from the church, for a chili cook-off contest and games of dominoes. Contact Angie L. to enter your award-winning recipe in the contest. Make sure to bring your friends too! Invitations will be on the table in the church lobby.

This event will be held at Janelle M.’s house. Learn a new recipe for the holidays and invite a friend to meet your church sisters. Only 12 ladies will be hosted at a time so please let Janelle know if you are coming. Another exchange will be set up if there is more interest. More information to follow.

This year’s women’s retreat is October 9-11 at Camp Yavapines and is entitled “My Hope is in Jesus.” Speakers include Jovannah Poor Bear-Adams and Paula Williams This event is sponsored by the Arizona Conference Women’s Ministry Department. Last day to register is Sunday, September 20.

Hosted by Women’s Ministries, from 2-5pm. Come and create 3 items from a choice of 6 items to take home. The cost will be $15.00 for each participant, but if you bring a friend who is not a church member, they get in free. This is for adult ladies only. More information will be coming soon.

(Earned $60.47 in September) Recycling that pays – aluminum cans (including cat food cans) and clear plastic bottles that contained a drinkable liquid (i.e. water, juice, soda). No milk or water jugs that are not clear and no glass bottles either. Please rinse out the bottles/cans, bag, and crush them, if possible, before turning them in. Proceeds benefit Cochise SDA Christian School.

These clubs are church-centered spiritual-recreational-activity programs designed for young people 6 to 9 years of age for Adventurers and 10 to 16 years of age for Pathfinders. They are filled with action, adventure, challenge, group activities, and provide opportunities for the development of new attitudes and skills that produce personal growth, team or community spirit, and a sense of loyalty and respect for God, His Creation, and His church.

The Adventurers Club is led by Jesserie F. and the Pathfinder Club is led by Kisha C.. Both Clubs are currently accepting new members.

Club meetings are held September through May, usually the second and fourth Saturdays of the month. The Adventurers meet from 1:30 – 3:00 pm and the Pathfinders meet from 3:00 – 5:00 PM, at the Cochise SDA Christian School located at 1462 S. Naco Highway, Bisbee, AZ.

Church Board members, please come and provide input as we seek the Holy Spirit’s guidance in directing the Church’s business.
